Avast Software - Cancellation and request refund
Dear Staff Members: I am requesting a refund of $32.46 for the automatic renewal and another charge of $43.29 per conversation from your office on 4-5-2016. Please verify to confirm this.

I down load Avast software update for my laptop on Feb 10, 2017 at 1:26 pm. My card was not updated at that time so I ask that it be cancelled.
Then on Feb 11, 2017 I downloaded the software again and updated that card and it was downloaded successful.
But you have my are number charged twice for $52.99.
The Order # that was to be cancelled is 106********. My card # is 8551.

I have been billed $59.99 on my Credit Card. This would be no problem except your software wasn't applied to the correct e-mail address. It took 2 days and 5 phone calls to get this straightened out.
I was going to pay the $59.99 but, when I read the new e-mail contract it read that I was going to be charged $29.99.
I was confused whether I should pay $59.99, $29.99 or both. I recontacted your company and had a very confusing conversation with your employee.
