Cannot log in to my account and cannot get to talk to a human being to clear up the problem. As a last resort I am going to put a stop notice on my credit card for any entry from AVAST­NEXWAY 415­4494713 CA. My customer # is 100804920. When I try to log in it says that they cannot find my e-mail address. Two years ago you could get to talk to someone to resolve a problem. Avast. HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO PHN NUMBER. ITS A TRAP. Tried TO STOP MY AUTO RENEW. BY 25 days. Can't get ahold of Any one. Just Hoops n phn numbers that HANG UP AFTER THE RECODING. IM. PISSED!!!! DONT. PAY FOR AVAST. THEY WILL N E V E R. LET YOU. O U T

They did the same thing to me. Took $74.36 out of my account without my authorization I'm going after them they to put in a savtivation code to renew and I never did. that was Christmas money.

You promised in an Email that you would send me an Email before removing monies from my account. The account was started 12/10/2015 and you told PayPal to pay $74.08 from my account on 11/30/2016. However I guess you do not really know how much to charge me. The amount taken from my account is $ 62.06. They notified me the last of October that my Avast Cleanup was about to expire in 30 days. On November 8 I sent my payment and on November 30 they canceled my subscription. They did bill.my credit card but when I called to ask them to send my money back three times they hung up on me. I will be finding another company to use in the future.

I haven't used Avast in over a year. I was under the impression that my account was closed and done. Then out of the blue I get a $50.00 charge for an Avast subscription. No email notification or anything. I don't even know what my product id is. The account was on an old computer that doesn't even connect to the internet. And of course Avast has no customer service to get the charge dropped.

I have used Avast in the past and was hoping the cleanup service could help my computer. After much frustration and disappointment, I finally took my computer to a professional service in my local town to have the bugs, etc. cleaned up from my computer. I have tried several times to cancel the service and it keeps popping up. I wish it had worked and understand now that it doesn't work with every computer. I finally made a call and cancelled but... I discovered a charge on my bank account and can't find a web site or anyone to complain to. What a company!!!!!!!. I want my money back and I would like to talk to someone. Preferably English speaking NOT foreign. I still don't know what you company does except collect money. Your company is very slick hiding so no one can find you on the web or by phone. An unauthorized recurring payment made by Avast Software appeared on our bank statement. I called the phone listed on bank statement and talked to a representative in India. He SAID he removed the auto pay (we'll see!) He also gave me the link goo.gl/2Rou5n for refund of $40 charge.
