Last March my renewal for AVast was up. I told them I did not want to renew and to remove me from their services.

I declined the renewal. They charged me anyway. I disputed it with my Discover card. Then the mix up comes up with both entities.

Avast won't refund my money, I spoke to three people who can't speak English well which didn't solve a thing. I signed up with Norton in March as well. So, after all this I got a renewal notice that they are going to renew my subscription again.

I hate them!!!! I can't get rid of them!!!

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $121.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Avast Software Cons: Automatic renewal cancellation.
