So, I kept trying to unsubscribe from their extra service all week. I ended up getting repeated errors saying that they were aware of the error and would do something about it soon.

Well how was I supposed to unsubscribe? I kept trying.

Of course, they went ahead and charged my account, $59.99. I put up a paypal dispute, but they haven't given a seller response yet.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Avast Software Pros: Free version of avast software.

Avast Software Cons: I need a full refund, Unrequired charge, Dishonest practices, Errors when trying to cancel.
