Four automatic renewals of my Avast license in ten (10) months and nearly impossible to get a refund!

Avast is good, but DRI is not. The call takers barely speak English; they have to pull up a screen to read the script for each question, and they have no authority to do anything.

All they can do is send you an email that doesn't contain the information that they promised. In fact, the information they emailed makes my problem even worse since it shows an additional automatic renewal in addition to the three that I was aware of from my credit card statements.

This reviewer shared experience about "too many automatic renewals." and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $90. The author is overall dissatisfied with Avast Software. The most disappointing about a product or service from Avast Software was billing resolution , but reviewer liked seems to stop virus. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
