Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

AVAST automatically debits your CC account although no right to do so - since this had been communicated to them in writing. NO Refund received - they keep your money - do NOT trust them - cancelled the entire account and move on to Norton!

User's recommendation: Go to another Company - NOT Avast - WORST Customer Service - they do not care, as long as they have your money!!

Gouging

I pay for suite of Avast software. When I bought a new laptop I called to make sure it was installed. I had Norton on my new laptop. I was told to override Norton to load my avast I would have to have technician do it...if I purchased $249.00 yearly tech package. WTF? Then my mobile phone service charged me $50 as avasts number directs me to Phillipines. Feel really ripped off.

I am not pissed off just pleas read more details and ensure you do not charge me again next year

It is not a complaint. I just want no further charges to my credit card for annual anti virus coverage. If I do not hear from you i will call my credit card company and have you blocked. The computer you are covering is not in use anymore so do not want any annual coverage.

I tried for hours to contact you

in June there was several attempts to charge us with paypal. then it was deferred. on august 11 another charge, august 30 another and a third charge Sept. 3. why all the attempts to charge us. my husband uses my debit card to pay. he has no idea why the payments are being charged by paypal. i am not happy. 256 dollars is alot for virus protectionwould not recommend itw

they billed paypal 3 times in June and then deferred them. in aug.11 , aug. 30 and sept. 3 they billed us again. my husband pays with a debit card so they have no busniss billing paypal. i have tried to call, get a busy signal or put on hold. impossible to get ahold of them

Subscription problem

I originally purchased Avast over a couple of years ago and then had massive computer problems and lost the program. At that time I started sending emails and texts to Avast to tell them to cancel my current subscription. I never heard from your company to respond to my request and now Ive gotten a charge for a new subscription which I do not want. I tried calling and I am on hold for over 10 minutes. All I want is to cancel current and any further subscriptions at all. Also refund. All I was successful In was canceling the second year of a subscription but I want both years stopped ASAP and a confirmation sent of my request. Refund for current one year please.

I get bill what I did not oder!!

I have one year agreement by other order number then suddenly come bill and order number I did not agree. When I try to correct it, they send me some page where I need to give my card number. I will not pay when I try to correct their mistake!!!ON

Refund on software

It's been 9 days, but I did not yet receive my Refund. Why does it take up so long? I received emails from the Avast that I should be receiving the money within 7 days, but I did not receive any money.

Regarding my activition code has expired

My activation code has expired. I renewed my subscription on June 13, 2021, but had not activated it. When I tried to activate it today, it had expired.
