I'm worried about my security and how you people are handing my accounts evidence, Stop scamming me, seems you have used an old email as well which no longer exists since last year trying to take money from my Apple account which I have stopped I'm asking for all my money back ever since I paid for this security I'm not secure I'll find another company. Very poor I would have expected some reply by today. I have one of their services due for payment today and I bet that goes ahead automatically.What is wrong with them.
They are quick to take your money and endlessly try to sell you further products, even though I am a pensioner and cant afford a lot.
Very seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps someone could suggest a better company.

I felt like a Schuck being laughed at by batch of MONEY GRABBING SHYSTERS . SO DON'T COMMUNICATE WITH ME AGAIN.
I received no phone call and no issue was resolved. What a batch of shysters. they must think we a load of schmucks.

I have tried every avenue open to me to be in touch with Avast but there is no direct email address I can use. The pop-up notifications that keep coming I find intimidating and a harassment and I feel threatened by them.
I do not know what ese to do as they say they put their customer first and foremost but I have found the opposite to be true. I will not, unless they are directly in touch with me, be renewing my subscription.

On or about 24th of May I requested 2 separate refunds for VPN and Premium A vast security that I attempted to cancel online however the amounts were taken from our account anyway.
The two accounts that I requested refunds for are 1/ Order I/D ADAP 160352**** and 2/ Premium security Order I/D ADAP 160908****.
Could you kindly facilitate these refunds as we are retired pensioners and these funds are very important for us.

Their “software” destroyed my laptop!!
I purchased one of their antivirus products and four or five days later my laptop had a nervous breakdown! When I called their support on 3/27/25, they took control of my computer remotely and things got worse.
They tried to sell me one three resolution packages: the $599, the $1199, or the $1599! I said no, I just wanted them to REMOVE their product from my laptops system. Today I was told that they could do NOTHING unless I paid what they were asking. The guys are in India but they gave me the names Justin Simms and Benny Jones.
Yeah, right!
I think I should report them to the FTC and FCC because they are also broadcasting fraudulent activities. Their phone number is 1-83*-***-**** if you wish to hear their lies!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally managed to cancel the contract/
The product was not user-friendly and once subscribed, you needed to pay more for ad-ons to do what you thought you had bought. Customer service difficult to speak to, I ended up going through website chat which did work quite well once I found it.
It could be that I am not very tech savvy but the customer service email addresses were not in use and telephone number was impossible to get through so not big on customer service!
Membership type changed without my knowledge and
No longer have access to premium on my phone. Still have 45 days left on my account. I was switched to BAsic without my lnowledge

Allereerst..ik kan Avast in Nederland niet telefonisch bereiken. Heb wel een klachten formulier ingevuld en nog steeds niets gehoord.
1mei verstuurd.Ik heb een abonnement gekocht op 23 april Identity.Ze hadden de code naar oud Email adres gestuurd. Heb getracht dit te laten corrigeren op 1 mei per formulier.Niets gehoord.
ADP2IO312***-* bstelnr. Als dit niet wordt opgepakt ga ik mijn bestelling annuleren.

Mijn proefabonnement is veranderd naar een vast abonnement voor bijna 50 duurder. Ik wil dit abonnement niet en wil mijn geld terug.
Ik ben totaal gefrustreerd. Er wordt niet gereageerd op klachten, er is geen telefoonnummer dat je kan bellen.

Geen code gekregen ..was naar Email adres verstuurd dat niet meer actief was. Nieuw Emailadres was al gekoppeld Aan eerder abonnement Jen o.a.
op 1 mei form ingevuld en verstuurd met het verzoek dit recht te zetten.
Daarna..geen bevestiging.. helemaal niets meer gehoord.
