Every time I turned around they wanted to add another protection for another charge instead of offering a one year subscription it was always another charge for some other kind of protection and then you notice you’re now paying 200.00 a month and still are not fully covered

I have been auto billed for this software for 2 years now. Thought I had cancelled last year, but did not go through as I was billed again just last week.
After a fight with the Bank for clearing the payment, and the credit card company for approving the purchase, I contacted the Seller - who was unknown to me at this time - just a single line on a credit card statement. Tracked them down and called - much to my surprise they were super nice and, after trying to sell me more stuff, they finally agreed to a full refund! I have extensive documentation this time to ensure this does not happen again.
I had my part to play in the blame game as my email address had changed, with the supplier and paypal. Moral of the story - Dont Sign-up for Auto Billing!!!

Preferred solution: Cancel trial subscription and do not activate subscription to AntiTrack. No charge on credit card.
