I did not authorize a charge of $39.99 posted Dec. 14, 2015.

I want Avast Software to credit my account for the above amount. I called them and they gave me a web site to go to and assigned me an account number. So far I have not been able to get any results on this transaction. Transaction date was on December 13 and was posted on Dec.

14. Some say I have to go directly to Discover to have this matter taken care of. I would appreciating hearing from you.
